Lou Rokach
Director
Lou has over 30 years’ experience in residential and mixed use development. As a Director of Groveworld he has particular expertise in the field of land acquisition and regeneration. Lou has facilitated the delivery of numerous high profile developments across the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington and Hackney and has shaped the Groveworld philosophy in creating vibrant place-making communities for people to live and work in.
Ian Manson
Head of development
Ian joined Groveworld in 1994 and now has over 30 years in the industry including experience in main contracting, volume house building and mixed use central London large scale development. His expertise is of particular relevance with regard to the technical and commercial issues required for large complicated land assembly regeneration projects.
Nick Morris
Commercial Director
Nicholas has 35 years’ experience in the construction and property industry with the early part of his career being in main contracting before the switch firstly to house-building and then on to the delivery of large urban regeneration mixed-use development schemes. Nicholas is at the forefront of the technical aspects of delivering projects on time and to budget.
Ross Jacobson
Development Director
Ross has almost 15 years’ experience across the commercial and residential sectors, as both a principal and consultant. Having worked on high profile development, regeneration and investment projects, Ross’ skill set includes land identification, planning negotiation, site assembly and viability. Ross possesses an extensive contact list within the industry and enjoys working closely with design teams to deliver the optimal solution.
Shaun Hart CA(SA)
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Shaun has in excess of 16 years experience as a senior finance executive in asset management of which 13 years has been focused on real estate. In various capacities, Shaun has supported transactions in the UK, US, Japan and Russia, including both acquisitions and subsequent refinancing. In addition to his transactional background, he has strong experience in financial management, treasury, finance, accounting and legal.
David Rabson
Consultant
David has almost 30 years’ experience in the financial and commercial property market. In addition to his involvement in the debt and equity financing structures of the Group companies, David oversees all commercial property transactions and corporate structuring.
Robert Brayam
Chief Financial Officer
Robert qualified as a Chartered Accountant within the Real Estate department of BDO where he advised some of the larger names in the UK property market. After leaving BDO he moved into the financial services industry, where he contributed to some of the UK’s largest banking projects in recent history: the split of TSB from Lloyds, the division of Barclays between its UK retail and international banks and the further split of Barclays following Brexit. Robert returned to the Real Estate sector in 2019 as Head of Finance at the Glenwell Group and joined Groveworld as CFO in 2022.
