The mixed use scheme, located at 130-154 Pentonville Road, comprises of 118 residential apartments, office space and a replacement for Europcars flagship car hire depot in London. The scheme consists of over 1000sqm of commercial floor space, with about 3400 sqm of commercial car storage and 118 residential apartments.

The scheme was designed by Pollard Thomas Architects.

The scheme has been sold with Planning to Regal Homes.
