The scheme seamlessly blends innovative and flexible workspace with high quality apartments and includes a new pedestrian link and public realm that will connect the soon to be upgraded Hackney Wick Overground Station to the designated neighbourhood centre, Queen Elizabeth Park, Westfield and Here East. 

Construction is expected to commence in late 2017.
