We are delighted to announce that we have completed the sale of Stone Studios (80-84 and 88 Wallis Road, E9) to Telford Homes. The 1.06 acre site, situated adjacent to Hackney Wick Station was sold with planning permission for 120 apartments and circa 55,000 sq. ft. of office, retail, leisure and affordable workspace.  The approved scheme will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of Hackney Wick Central, including new public realm works and a pedestrian connection between the improved Hackney Wick Station, the Queen Elizabeth Park, Stratford City and Here East, and will benefit our adjacent land holdings.

Building works are expected to commence later in 2017. 

Stone Studios has been nominated for Best Mixed Use Award by New London Awards.
