Groveworld purchased this 1.5 acre freehold site, unconditionally in December 2018.  The site is currently occupied by the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital.  The long term ambition for the project is to deliver a high-quality mixed-use scheme.

The site is ideally located near to King's Cross and St Pancras International Stations, as well as the 67 acre 'King's Cross Central', an urban regeneration scheme which when completed will accommodate 4m sq ft of commercial space and over 2,000 homes.
